2. Description of Service

GhostyBot provides automated chat and utility features to users through third-party platforms. We send text data supplied by users to the Gemini API to function efficiently. The Bot is designed to respond interactively to commands and conversational inputs.

3. Usage of Gemini Services

Our service is powered by Google's Gemini models. By using GhostyBot, your queries are processed through the Gemini API. Therefore, as an end user, your usage is also subject to the Google Terms of Service and related policies. 4. Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Bot to explicitly generate illegal content, harass individuals, circumvent security protocols, or purposefully break the terms of the platform the Bot resides on. We reserve the right to ban users or servers from using our services if they violate these terms.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation, or perfectly accurate responses from the underlying AI models. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot.

To provide our services, we only collect necessary operational context, which includes:

• Bot Memory & Text Data Conversational text and context required for the AI to generate responses, stored as server memory.
• Server Details Server IDs, Server Names, and Channel IDs to manage operational state and track configurations safely.
• Twitch Integrations Twitch User IDs and Usernames collected specifically for streamer live tracking functionality.
• Settings & Preferences Server configuration variables, tracking targets, and feature toggle states.
• Timestamps Creation and modification dates for configurations, settings, and memory logs.

2. How We Use and Share Data

We send text data through the Gemini API to power the conversational AI functionalities of our bot. The data we collect is exclusively used to allow the bot to function, respond specifically to your queries, and maintain its operational state. We do not ever sell, share, broker, or broadcast your data to marketing organizations, data brokers, or unauthorized third parties.

3. Data Retention

We only retain text data and corresponding identifiers for as long as functionally necessary to maintain the bot's features, such as short-term conversation context arrays. Once the requirement has lapsed (e.g., the conversation drops from context memory), the data is safely and permanently overwritten.

4. Data Erasure & Your Rights

You possess the right to request the total deletion of any identifiable data associated with your user ID or server ID.
